Purchased new in July 2021. Lots of modern conveniences, Solar equipped with a 120V power inverter! Full bath (not a "wet bath"), upgraded Original Mattress Factory mattress, 2 burner cook top inside, griddle outside, microwave/convection oven, fridge/freezer, heat and upgraded roof AC unit, outlets everywhere, interior/exterior stereo system with Bluetooth and AUX input, TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, USB charge ports, exterior water spigot. It has the new acrylic front window that opens and has a retractable screen and shade. Best of all setup is easy and it can be towed by most midsize vehicles.
If you're new to towing:
It tows great! Please check your owners manual to make sure your tow capacity is high enough. Legally you need to use a brake controller. If your vehicle is not equipped with one please check the add on box to use mine. I will provided and setup a weight distribution hitch with antisway.. I also have a wireless rearview observation camera installed. It makes backing up much easier but it also make driving down the road a little easier having a clear view behind the camper.
I have a very quiet 3500W inverter generator add on as well.

Surfaces will be disinfected. It will come with minimal supplies. Paper towels, toilet paper, some cleaning supplies
When temps get below freezing it will be winterized and plumbing will no longer be in service. It will still be a warm place to stay, just no plumbing.

We include all the utility supplies. Wheels chocks, leveling blocks, water and sewer hookups, shore power cord and adaptors, paper towels & toilet paper. We do not include linens, cookware and dishes.
We do not provide linens, cookware or dishes. We do however stock it with modest supply of paper plates, plasticware, paper towels, toilet paper, a few kitchen utensils, zip lock bags, tin foil, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags.

We had a great experience renting Ben’s r-pod. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way. The camper is in great condition, had everything we needed and was comfortable. We would definitely rent from Ben again!

Ben is great to rent from. He was quick to answer questions prior to our rental and provided a great rental experience from the thorough overview at pickup, the rear view camera and weight distribution hitch for ease of travel and safety and last but not least the camper was great!
