Dave is VERY professional, knowledgeable and available for questions. Everything on the RV worked properly, but we were told after renting we could not use the awning, so that should be clarified in the listing (apparently this is an Outdoorsey rule). Also, there was an issue with the TV remote and HDMI cable, but Dave did respond quickly and fixed the issue. The beds were VERY comfortable. Overall the RV is older and in good shape for its age, but does have some show wear even though it was re done. We are tall and big people with a teenage daughter, so the only reason we would choose something else is because we need something larger to be comfortable. However, the RV's size made it very easy to drive even though the driver's area was snug for me.
