Don't let the age fool you this camper is very nice! New canvas and screen all the way around so no bug issues! Sleeps 7 with a huge couch in the middle. Does have water system and lots of storage. This camper fully loaded is less than 2,000lbs! No brake controller or special hitching needed! Has stove and small fridge and heat. NO AC sorry. Very simple set up, get camping this weekend! This camper is ready to camp just needs linens and personal items to be ready to go. This can be towed by just about anything.

The camper comes with all hoses power cords and leveling items.
Linens are NOT supplied so you will need your own.
The camper is fully sanitized after every trip.

Pets are allowed but are subject to a $50 cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking or drug use at all in my camper. Depending on the Festival we may allow please ask before booking
