One gorgeous RV in excellent condition!! King size bed. Pull out sofa either queen mattress. Fireplace. Double fridge. Walk in closet. And washer and dryer hookup available if u have your own washer and dryer. Comes furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, appliances big and small (airfare, toaster oven, etc), furniture. 2 TVs. *Does not have a generator*

Recommendations
It is best to book camping parking spots that have water and sewer hookup for stays over 2 or 3 nights. You will also need to make sure the parking spot can accommodate a 40ft RV. It needs to be at least 39ft long but preferably longer.
*If you plan to pick up the RV yourself you will need at least a 1 ton truck with proper equipment to tow a 5th wheel of this size*
Other things to note
No pets on the beds. If there are pets stains or excessive amounts of pet hair at the end of your stay it will forfeit your deposit.

No smoking inside the RV. No climbing on the roof without contacting us first. You are responsible for refilling propane tanks after you run out. We provide 2 full tanks upon the beginning of your stay. You need to be parked at a spot that has both electric and sewer hookup if you plan to stay more than 2 nights. If we have to come empty your tanks there will be an additional fee plus mileage pay that will deducted from your deposit. The black water tank is 50 gallon, the fresh water tank is 87 gallon, the grey water tank is 87 gallon, propane is 14 gallon, and hot water heater tank is 10 gallon
