If you book less than 30 days in advance, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. 29-8 days before your rental we will reschedule or cancel your rental but there is no refund of your deposit. There is no refund once the balance of your rental is charged 7 days before pickup.

The van was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything worked great and they explained how to do everything very well. It was very clean and set up great for what we needed. We are looking to buy one of these vans and they spent a lot of time answering all our questions. We used the van for a quick mountain biking trip to Bentonville and it was perfect! Adventure Rig rentals were easy to work with and great communicators. Thanks for a great trip!
