- An RV mat with a small table, and set of 4 folding chairs, and two super cool backpacking chairs

Other things to note

A few things to note.....

- Babz is NOT pet friendly, we love our four footed friends (and own many of them!) however, they are not welcome to come camping in Babz. We really hate to say no, but the pet hair and damage outweigh the joy we get from traveling with them.

- There are a few PENALTY FEES that may be applied upon return, these charges may be deducted from your security deposit if necessary:

1. Returning the camper with Grey and/or Black tanks that haven't been emptied, this is a $250 fee.

2. Returning the camper without refilling the gas and/or propane tanks, $50 per tank and then the cost of fuel.

3. Returning the Propane Grill without properly cleaning it. A $50 fee will be charged for leaving excessive food and grease on the grill.

4. Evidence of Pets. A $500 fee will be charged for sneaking your four footed companions on board. Even the most well behaved furry friends can do quite a number on the camper’s interior, especially if they are left unattended, it’s an unfamiliar and tight space afterall.
