I rented this camper from Rob, and He refused to deliver it after he received his payment. He said there has to be a concrete pad to set up the camper trailer. I knew there was gravel there, and that was not on the description when I booked this camper trailer that I needed to have concrete,and he refuses to give any money back. So, I had my vacation without a camper.

Naaman was not a verified driver, nor was one present on the rental reservation until a couple days before the rental was to begin. A verified driver is required for insurance coverage and Outdoorsy does not allow me to deliver a unit without insurance.

The kids had an day off school, so we contacted Rob to set up his RV close to home. He made sure we were set with supplies and the RV ready to use! He responded very quickly to questions, and made sure we were doing well. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we had a great time -- even when it was raining.

This was our first RV trip. Our family of five had a great time, and we fit comfortably. Rob helped to make it a great experience. He kept in touch throughout the process, and he answered all of our questions right away. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent.

We have rented with Rob multiple times and will do so again. Rob is a pro and great to work with. The camper is just what we need for our family of 4 - the kids love the bunks, and we make most of our meals using the outdoor kitchen. The set up and tear down options make the entire experience that much more simple and enjoyable. Thanks Rob and we look forward to renting from you again!

We had never stayed in a camper. We decided to rent one for a family reunion. Our experience with Rob was wonderful. He was prompt with the delivery and helped us with set up. Our stay was great. The camper had plenty of room and was well stocked which we hadn’t expected. Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful experience with a camper. It’s definitely better than a tent!

We rented this with the agreement it slept eight people!
The center bed in the breakfast area was broken.
You could not put the insert in!
My son slept on the floor .
We have five kids!!
My husband signed the agreement and the sign off on the check list.
No where did it say we could not use the linens in the unit!
It stated to take any used bedding and put it in a pile in the middle of the main bed.
It’s on the check list!!!!
Had we known to bring our own bedding we would have.
Also, we only used the bedding in the master room.
My husband and cleaned the unit and vacuumed it also cleaned the out door Refrigerator.
And, the owner charged us a 50$ fee for using the bedding in the master bedroom!
We never complained and were going to rent for next year.
And then he charges us?
Ridiculous !!!!!!

What an amazing experience!! The camper was perfect for our family's needs! The owner has amazing customer service and communication, if your in the fence about paying extra for delivery and set up....DO IT
We literally showed up and made beds started fire!! He even has music playing for us when we arrived! I cannot say enough ! We are already talking about rebooking!

Unfortunately, when I went out to my truck this morning, rocks had been thrown through the rear window, shattering them and leaving the vehicle unsafe to drive. I am working with the renter on adjusting the rental period after my window is fixed tomorrow morning. I also contacted Outdoorsy support before canceling to determine the best way to assist the renter in finding a replacement.

RV was wonderful! Plenty of room and extras for our family meeting for a family reunion campout! Rob was great - kept in contact before, during, and after his inspection following the trip. He was very flexible on times which was great. Also, when we had questions he would respond within minutes. Would highly recommend him and the camper!

Excellent service and perfect for our family! Camper is equipped with most things needed- coffee pot, skillet, etc. it is worth noting you should bring a knife/scissors as there’s nothing to cut with. With that said, the camper provided much more than we expected. Mahalo for a great weekend!

Great camper, fully equipped! I was amazed at all the paper towels, plates, etc. that were provided. Rob was great at communicating and quickly answering any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a blast and Rob was helpful every step of the way. It was so easy and convenient having him do the set up and tear down, all we had to do was enjoy the camper. It had all we were looking for and made our family time that much more memorable. We’ll choose this camper and Rob again, no doubt about it!

Our first time renting a camper. Rob help me book the weekend and we were all set. We had an awesome weekend camping with family and friends. Rob was on time to delivery the camper set it all up for us and at our request he came early to pick up the camper. We wanted to camp with a camper before considering to purchase one, but it was so easy to rent, this maybe the way to go! Thanks for a great camping experience!

Everything was great! Rob answered promptly. My son locked himself in (The rest of the family out) the camper and Rob was there promptly w/ the spare. I will definitely rent again next summer!

Rob was great! Very responsive. He had everything set up when we got there and was available to help us with issues during our visit. He made it so easy. We had a blast camping and really enjoyed the RV.
