## Reviews
Rating: 4.5 / 5 (6 reviews)

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Responsive, but inconsistent onboarding: Jennifer is frequently praised for quick communication and being accommodating. However, a first-time renter experienced poor preparation, no in-person handover, and delayed app-based responses, leading to issues upon arrival.
- Well-stocked, but storage/heat flaws: The camper is generally clean, well-stocked with necessities, and in good condition. However, one guest reported inadequate storage due to personal items, making the space cramped. A heating failure occurred due to unaddressed propane levels.
