Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, September 2020):
> This was my frist RV trip, and it was amazing! The RV was so easy to maneuver, and Lela was so easy to work with! Before the trip, I watched her videos about the RV. I highly recommend watching the videos if you are a first time RV user, as I was. It was helpful to watch some of the videos multiple times. Keep in mind that you may not have internet service during your trip so you may want to record some of her videos so that you can reference them later, if needed. Prior to the trip, Lela was very prompt in her emial responses. Lela met us at the Idaho Falls airport with the RV. Upon her request, I drove the RV from the airport to her office so that I can test drive it. I was so scared and nervouse at first, but with her support, I felt very comfortable. I was also concerned that I would not be tall enough for the RV but I was able to comfortably reach the pedals (with room to spare) despite being 5ft tall! Once at her office, Lela explained how everything works in the RV. It's a lot of information to take in at one time, nonetheless, I felt so well informed and ready for my RV trip! The RV truly was easy to drive, and maneuver. I was able to easily park it - rear first - into all the parking spots at Yellowstone and Grand Teton with the help of the rear view mirror. With the slide out, the RV is rather spacious. There is so much storage space throughout the RV! The RV came equpped with nonstick frying pans and pots, kitchen utensils, mixing bowls, drying rack, can opener, ice cream scooper, toaster, coffee maker, smores sticks x 4, outside chairs x 4, tablecloth for outdoor table, lanterns, flashlight, deck of cards, windshield cover for privacy, kitchen towels and bath towels, bedsheets, blankets for indoor use, paper towels, marine toilet paper. The stove worked well. The oven was a bit finicky to turn on. The microwave and TV (both require generator) worked well. There is a bed above the driver's section. The boys loved to go up there and play, and look out the window. The awning and slide outs worked well. If you are looking for a fully stocked RV that drives easily, I highly recommend this RV. This was my first time driving a RV, and I mastered this RV by the 2nd day. Lela was very encouraging and supportive, and incredibly easy to work with. I would absolutely rent this RV from Lela again!! We had an amazing family vacation on this RV! Thank you Lela!

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Highly communicative and supportive: Lela was consistently praised for quick responses, providing helpful videos, and offering detailed walk-throughs. A partner, Keith, was involved in a disputed damage claim over an awning.
- Easy to drive and maneuver: Many found this big rig surprisingly easy to drive and park, even for first-time RVers. It features a spacious slide-out and is well-stocked. However, condition and cleanliness reports are inconsistent, with some citing wear, smells, and battery issues.
