Hi! We are an outgoing, busy family of 5 who loves spending time outdoors! We like the beach, hiking, rivers, and lakes. My husband and I grew up in the Midwest and valued our long summer days and tons of water activities as kids. Once we moved to Texas, having a travel trailer allowed us the opportunity to explore a variety of areas in the Great State! Our children have truly enjoyed being exposed to so many hidden gem activities and experiences!
Our "Tiny House" (as my children call it) is listed at a price you can afford for your family outdoor adventures! It comes with a rear bunk house containing 3 bunks (one that is a full size mattress, and two twins), a sleeper sofa and the dinette that can covert into an additional sleeping area, as well as the master bedroom area which includes a queen sized bed. In total, it can sleep 8 comfortably. Outdoor upgrades make this travel trailer great for a family! It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen area including a second fridge, sink, counter and cupboard space, and also has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day enjoying the outdoors. The RV comes stocked with pots and pans, dishes and linens. We are very open to considering longer-term rentals as well. This is a lightweight (easier to tow), highly functional travel trailer perfect for a family getaway! hitch rental available as add-ons as well! Delivery not available unless approved via private message.
No smoking inside the trailer. No dogs over 50 lbs. No climbing on the roof. Slide-out must be clear of debris (i.e. no leaves or branches if parked under a tree) prior to putting it in and transporting. Please return trailer in the same condition that you received it in.

We had a great week! We had plenty of space for our family of 6.

The RV was not as clean as I had hoped (popcorn swept up on the floor and we didn't bring popcorn; kids underwear found in one of the bunks). The emergency brake had an issue we feel was simply related to age (definitely not our misuse or abuse) and funds for repair were withheld from my security deposit. The unit has quite a bit of wear and tear on it. Most disturbing -- when we went to hook up the tubing for the black/gray tanks RAW SEWAGE spilled out onto our hands and campsite. We have rented various RV units over a dozen times and this is the first time I have had a disappointing this experience.

We were originally looking for something under 20' for our Suburban to pull but Megan and Dan's RV was perfect for our family. It is light weight and larger enough for my family of 6. Our 3 oldest did not have to fight over bunkbeds as they each had their own. The items provided was perfect and Megan was very communicative and shared what she suggested we bring along. Dan also helped us with any questions regarding the RV once we got to our destination. We will be renting from them if we get the chance to in the future.
Thank you Nicole! I'm so glad you had a good experience and enjoyed your getaway! It would be our please to rent to you again so please look us up in the future! Thank you!
This certainly is a Family fun machine. My 3 kids loved the space and the bunk area was perfect for them. Having a separate bedroom for the parents is nice. Unit was very clean and had tons of kitchen supplies. Towing and setup was easier than I expected. Perfect addition to our camping trip. Great experience and would totally do it again.
