The Memory Maker is the perfect addition to your next family road trip or holiday getaway! The camper is lightweight yet stocked with the essentials you’ll need for the trip (including those smaller items we tend to remember once we’ve hit the road!). Our 2021 Tracer comes equipped with a queen size bed (separate living quarters), spacious bunk bed (fits 2 children per bed easily), dinette conversion, full bathroom/shower setup and entertainment center. Enjoy cooking inside with the gas range/oven, or take it outdoors with the attached exterior cooking stove with sink/fridge. - GENERATOR: Please note that generator is NOT included in the nightly rate. You’re welcome to use our generator upon request with unlimited hours for only $20/day.
- RENTER'S MANUAL: We have a Renter’s Manual included inside the trailer that lists every step that needs to be taken to safely tow the camper from Point A to Point B, and all steps that we ask you to take to get the camper ready to turn back into us. Please review the manual in full prior to departing on your trip and again prior to camper turn-in. This allows us to release your security deposit quicker and eliminates potential issues post-trip!
- TOWING VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: : Minimum towing rating of 7600lbs. The trailer requires a 2 5/16 inch ball. Weight distribution hitch available upon request.
- TRAILER PICK UP: When you pick up the travel trailer, we will conduct a pre-rental walkthrough that can take around 30 minutes, depending on your prior experience with travel trailers.
- PETS: We are a pet friendly travel trailer! We have two dogs that we love to take with us camping! However, you MUST disclose the number of pets during time of booking. Any pet damages (including large amounts of pet hair) will result in loss of security deposit. Failure to disclose pets at time of booking in conjunction with evidence of pet use inside the trailer will also result in loss of security deposit.
- SEPTIC TANK: We will provide you with septic-friendly toilet paper and ask you to ONLY use that in the toilets during your rental. Both grey and black holding tanks must be emptied prior to trailer return or else we will charge a $200 dump fee.
- SMOKING: We have ZERO tolerance for smoking in the trailer. No cigarettes, cigars, weed, vapes, drugs. If any of this is detected after trailer return, you will lose your security deposit in full, and we will charge all fees necessary to fully eliminate the trailer of evidence of use.
- HUNTING/FISHING: We encourage renters to utilize our travel trailer for hunting/fishing trips. However, any fresh kills must be prepared outside the trailer and long-lasting odors/stains/messes that cannot be removed (fish, fresh meat, etc) not cleaned up prior to trailer return will be charged a Deep Cleaning Fee of $250.
