About this RV

Clean camper with all the amenities in a cute little package. Go off grid or hook up. The dinette folds down to an almost king sized bed, plenty of room to share with your pooch. It can come stocked or stripped down, whatever you need. It is a 2,000 lb trailer, we recommend that your tow vehicle be rated for 5,000 lb trailer.

Dumping is required before return, there is a station near us and we have a convenient access card for you to use on your way to return.

Off Grid Camping:

The fresh water tank is 11 gallons, so plan accordingly if boon-docking, there is a handy flip down water refill input. We also have a solar panel that will keep the battery topped off when not hooked up to shore power. The fridge works well off propane, but has a tendency to run cold once fired up. The fan and heater/water heater work great and should be set to propane mode when off grid. You can plug in usb chargers too. However the air conditioner and three prong outlets are only operable if plugged into the grid. All the lights will work off of battery power.

Full Hook-up Camping:

With full hook-ups the water can flow freely from city water, the tanks can be drained on site (allow some build up of volume on both the black and grey tanks so that when draining there is a "woosh" to help whisk away debris, follow the black tank draining with the grey to clear the line.) Having shore power will allow for the fridge to be run on the "plug" icon, saving on propane. The heater and water heater unit can draw both from the propane and shore power, so when hooked up it is better to draw from shore power. Feel free to use the air conditioner while hooked up, just be sure to remove the protective plexiglass (keeps the drafts to minimum). Keep in mind that the 120 outlets will only work while plugged in, the usb outlets run on the 12 volt battery system and will work anytime as long as the battery is turned on.

Great experience. Rich and Michelle were accommodating about drop off/pick up and did a nice job explaining all of the features, and provisioning the space with many thoughtful details. the only thing we needed in the kitchen was a pot and a pan - anything else you could think of was neatly arranged in the cabinets. the camper is in pristine condition - very well designed and makes great use …

Wonderful experience! This trailer is tiny but very well laid out - it had everything we needed. Bed is very comfortable (surprise!), comforter kept us cozy when temps dropped into low 20s, awning was great, kitchen was stocked with necessities, Michelle and Rich were a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to all questions and provided valuable instructions and tips for our trip. We especially appreciated the very well-organized orientation Michelle gave us, along with some printed diagrams on various functions since this was our first time in a trailer. Highly recommend.

Everything went flawlessly- From a very thorough onboarding to many thoughtful touches this was a great experience! This camper was perfect for a week of camping in the Steamboat area with our 2 dogs. Michelle was easy to reach when we had questions about the refrigerator and fresh water filling, even sending pics to help us “RV rookies” figure things out. Would definitely recommend Rich and Michelle and this great little camper!

Rich and Michelle guided us through the process, paid attention to details, and provided us with the gear we needed for a successful road trip. They responded in a timely fashion to all my questions and made me feel welcomed to use this great tear drop trailer. My wife and I are now hooked and are looking for a teardrop of our own...until then however we will likely rent this trailer again if the timing works out.
