This is our second time renting this rig and, just like last time, everything went as smoothly as can be. The service was great as well as the open line of communications before, during and after our trip. We will definitely consider contacting Michael for our future camping plans.

Mike was very patient and helpful in explaining to us how to hook up and use the RV when I was picking it up. The pickup and drop-off process was very easy. He answered his phone right away when I needed to call him for a quick question when at our campsite. Highly recommend.

This is a really nice, spacious RV; great if you have a family you are taking camping or just the two of you. Lots of storage space which is a bonus when camping. Michael is terrific and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend.

My experience renting from Mike was absolutely awesome. He was very professional and friendly. Very accurate description of the trailer. It was very clean with no issues. Mike was very flexible with pick up and drop off times. I would absolutely rent from Mike again.

This trailer is the nicest one I have ever been in, definitely a more than fair option for the price. It's not too big and is fairly light, easily tow-able by my F-250 and I'm sure many other 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton trucks. It is fairly simple to operate once parked and set-up. We rented for 4 nights, had a little bit of an issue with the propane fridge the first night, but not the owners fault, sometimes things just get wonky, but the rest of the weekend it worked great. Maybe it didn't like me at first...this unit has AC which is nice if you're going somewhere hot. I brought 2 2500 watt generators just in case. One was not enough to run the AC as I'm guessing it draws a fair amount of power, but I went out and purchased a parallel kit and the AC seemed to work well with both generators working in parallel, so just be aware if you plan on using the AC during your trip! Mike was great at communicating and very timely at returning messages or even chatting on the phone to save time. Would definitely rent from him again and would recommend to others :)

Michael was very easy and honest to work with. He was extremely flexible and reasonable with our 2 week trip through the Utah national parks. He takes great care with his equipment, which was obvious from the immaculate condition of the trailer. The trailer was beautiful and so comfortable for our family. We have young children, and Michael was so kind to include lots of fun videos and camping supplies to make our trip special.
The description was accurate, well-equipped, and the interior was modern and spacious. We also appreciated how efficient the interior space was. The profile is lower than other trailers which made the Bullet easy to tow.
We would not hesitate to rent from Michael again. No drama, no surprises, and honest!

EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!!!! This was our first time glamping and the ease and comfort of this trailer was exceptional, which enabled us to spend more time together with friends and family we may never go back to tent camping. The trailer was very clean and organized Mike and his family definitely take pride in there trailers and think of almost everything you may need.
