The sleeping accommodations were just as advertised. I will tell you I was disappointed in the rest of what was promised in the listing versus what was actually provided in the camper. The refrigerator didn’t work, there was no microwave, no coffee maker, no camping chairs, very minimal utensils/cookware, minimal cleaning supplies. This was disappointment because we drove a very long way and packed according to what the listing said was provided. This lead to a lot of spoiled food, which was a big waste of money. I completely understand the water tank breaking was out of your control so no concern there at all. My recommendation for the future would be to add those things that are promised in the listing or remove them from the listing for future customers. That part was very frustrating. Otherwise customer service was good, easy to communicate with.

We had a great time on our trip
Keenan (sp) and Mike did a great job with the pickup and delivery, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Of course the price is a little steep, but for a once in a while get a way, it was well worth it.

The owner was super helpful and nice. We had a great time and the camper was a lot of fun. Two critiques: the battery drained the first day (using minimal appliances) the CO2 alarm kept waking us up, and the trailer leaked around the vent when it rained.

Wonderful experience! We loved the Palomino! We had them drop off and pick up RV. On time, great communication and very affordable! Thanks for making our Maine experience perfect!
