2017 Forest River Tracer Air
Trailer is Clean, Spacious and Comfortable. Perfect for any outdoor camping trip!! Sleep 6 adults comfortably and up to 9 people with small children. Total of 5 beds: 1 queen size bed, 1 bunk (2 full size beds), sofa pulls out into a full size bed, dining table folds down into a twin bed. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a small grill, sink and mini-fridge along with outdoor speakers that has bluetooth capability.What's includedFresh fitted sheets for all beds- renter will need to bring their own pillows and blankets along with essentials and basic necessity items during their stay. Only upon request, we can provide 4 camping chairs and basic cookware.Other things to note1. Festivals ok, no smoking and no pets.
2. Delivery: Within a 60 mile radius from Brighton, MI/ trailer site, we have a one time delivery fee of $225. Any mileage over 60 will be an additional charge of $2.00/mile round trip.
3. Pick Up & Drop Off: No fee.
4. Upon return if picking up:
*Black and Grey water tanks must be emptied upon return
* All trash must be removed from the trailer
*If the trailer is not returned in ALL the requested conditions above, a minimum $250 service fee will be deducted from the security deposit. 5. For Delivery Services: Same as #4 above however the Black and Grey water tanks requirement does not apply

After another renter canceled our rsvp I messaged Joshua a day before our trip and he worked with us and got us our trailer for the next day. Joshua was very helpful! Also worked around our schedule with pick up and drop off! Definitely would rent with him again.
