Our family had a great time in the pop up. Way better than sitting up our big kodiak canvas tent! My 2005 v6 Toyota 4 runner had no problems at all towing it.

Camper was nice & roomy, plenty of bed space for the 3 of us. Setup and take-down was simple and straightforward. Sheets were on the list and expected, they weren't and we got a small compensation for that. It was fairly warm out so we slept on the blankets we brought. There was also a propane stove listed, and no propane. In their defense, they stated they never provide propane. If I had known ahead of time, I could have brought my own stove/propane. We were with friends that had plenty of cookers, so it all worked out fine

Jessie was very quick to respond when we had questions. The trailer was roomy enough for a family with an 8yo and 6yo plus our boxer. The kids loved the pop up! The air conditioner definitely came in hand in the June heat.

The trailer was very nice inside and out. Cody was a huge help to me and my girlfriend who were new to all of it. For our first time it was actually easier then we anticipated. You can tell the owners put a lot of work into making it feel like home. Thanks again!

The walk through on the trailer RV was thorough, pick up and drop off was easy. Communication with Jessie was great. The trailer towed very well and was easy to set up by myself. I camped without any hook ups, and planned for it. The interior lights did not work from the battery, however the exterior light did. But I was prepared with my own electric lantern.

Our family had a wonderful time with this Popup. We took it to a state park with some friends who were tent camping. The AC and Refrigerator made us very popular with our friends. The kids very much enjoyed getting out of the house, seeing nature with a welcoming place for nap time. Our hosts were wonderful and explained all of the features and walked us through how to setup the camper in addition to providing simple written instructions, they also offered to be contacted in case we ran into any issues. I highly recommend this popup.
