Our big Central Texas events have dedicated packages, but there are so many others around here that have special needs such as dry-camping with no power, water or sewage, hard to navigate events that need more than 20 minutes of setup at drop-off and pick-up or just a lot longer of a process than dropping at a campground, hooking up water, power and sewage and off we go! We will get you set-up, schedule pick-ups and drop-offs before or after normal times of drop at noon and pickup at 11am.
We will have our cleaners come in and sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect the bathroom and kitchen.
If you opt for us to clean the 5th wheel or you leave it a mess, there will be a $125.00 Big Rig (over 30' camper)cleaning fee assessed.
We know that race teams in the Paddock at COTA need a nice place to hang out, shower, nap or just a place to warm up or cool off between practice. We offer a fully outfitted team lounge with all of the things you need to operate...and not needing to chase down once you arrive. We include the following: -Delivery of camper -Setup of camper -Pick-up of camper (typically paddock does not clear out until 8-10pm, so added late pickup is included) -Fully stocked kitchen; paper plated, plastic cups, plastic utensils. -Four cases of drinking water, 4 -1 gal. water bottles -Coffee machine w/ Coffee, sugar, cream -Outdoor chairs; two(2) chairs -Propane BBQ -Towels for four(4) guests -Satellite for TV w/ service -Costco items; you can request any items within 2 weeks of your rental date for us to pick-up and stock the camper with for your team.We include the shopping and stocking fee, but will add final items to pre-delivery invoice. There is no electric hook-ups for 50-amp in the paddock, so we have you covered with portable and internal gens depending on camper rented. -Portable generator (if you are renting a 5th wheel or tt) that will support the camper you have rented. -5 gallons of gas -50-amp extension cord if needed.
We will drop-ff the camper and set-it up for you, assuring that you are all set-up to throw your clothes and food in to enjoy your stay. Once your stay is done, we will pick-up at the designated time on your rental agreement. Base rate includes delivery within 35 miles of 78610 Options: 35-50 miles from 78610- $150 50-75 miles from 78610- $175 75-100 miles from 78610- $200 Special Requests: -Stock camper with drinking water (1 case + 2-1 gal. bottles) -Paper plates/Plastic cups (1 pack of 25 cups, 1 pack of 50 plates). -Costco Items can be requested to be stocked in camper. $100 shopping/stocking fee added to total
We know emptying the tanks is not for everyone, so we offer this service to empty and flush the tanks. If you did not opt for this and return the camper with any fluid (black or grey) in the tanks, you will be charged this fee.
If you want to bring one(1) well behaved and potty trained dog, you may do so if you follow our rules. -All dogs shed, so please make sure you sweep and vacuum entire camper to assure there is no dog hair anywhere. -No dogs on sofa/couch/dining table, but if they do tend to hang out on furniture, you have to cover all camper sofa's as the material is prone to scratching/ripping. -If your dog damages the camper, we will document, get quote to fix/replace and take it our of your deposit or charge your CC on file.
If you are trailering over 35-miles from pick-up or if your rental is more than 7-days, you will be responsible for returning the camper at the same level of exterior cleanliness as it was when you picked it up. We are not asking for you to have it professionally washed, but if there is road grime, mud and dust to please wash it before return. If you opt for us to clean the camper, we can have a professional come and power wash, clean and dry the camper for the fee.
We include everything you will need except outdoor items as these tend to experience the most abuse, but we do offer the outdoor package for those that do not want to bring these items from home. We include: -Propane BBQ w/ 1 propane bottle. -Two(2) outdoor chairs
You can opt for us to clean your rig or make sure that you return the camper in the same state it was picked-up or dropped off to you. If the camper is not clean at return and you have not opted for the cleaning fee ahead of your rental, we will assess the cleaning fee to be taken out of your deposit or charged to your credit card on file.
