all of our campers are covered under a #1mm insurance policy that is included in the nightly rate. We do ask that you get an insurance binder from your carrier as well...please ask for the package from us.
We include all paper products; paper towels(2), toilet paper (4), cleaning products, tank additives, interior sanitization of the camper post rental, emptying of the black and grey tanks, cleaning of linens.
Our red carpet delivery service will allow you to show up with your clothes, food and libations and jump right into relaxing. Delivery will include setup of the camper and breakdown on check out day. If you want to bring one(1) well behaved and potty trained dog, you may do so if you follow our rules. -All dogs shed, so please make sure you sweep and vacuum entire camper to assure there is no dog hair anywhere. -No dogs on sofa/couch/dining table, but if they do tend to hang out on furniture, you have to cover all camper sofa's as the material is prone to scratching/ripping. -If your dog damages the camper, we will document, get quote to fix/replace and take it our of your deposit or charge your CC on file.
Whether you a guest that is flying in to catch a race at CITA for the weekend, or you want to camp for SXSW, or you just want white-glove service, we can pick up your order from HEB's curbside pickup...the best grocery store ever! This is only available for delivery only campers. We will have the fridge pre-chilled and will stock your groceries for you with some ice.
If camper is not returned at the same level of cleanliness, there will be a cleaning fee added at checkout. We ask that you do the following; -Clean all dishes/cookware used -Clean Coffee pot if used -Sweep floor -Wipe counters -Throw all garbage away before checkout We will sanitize the kitchen, bathroom, counters/tables and floors and is included in the setup fee.
Daily rental of a generator is needed for our 5th wheel campers that are dry-camping at an event or in the race paddock at COTA. The fee is $99.00 day and will include 5-gallons of fuel.
If you want us to pick-up or for you to drop-off on a Sunday, we impose a fee as we are closed on Sundays.

Some of our campers are ideal for the beach, but one of the byproducts of this is sand...everywhere! We ask you to try to keep the sand accumulation down to a minimum, using an exterior mat, not wearing shoes/sandals in the camper and to use the provided broom to maintain the sand during your trip. If you choose to clean the camper yourself we ask you to do the following; -Sweep all sand from camper -Vacuum interior of camper -Wash exterior walls and underbelly to rinse salt and saltiness from the coast that causes erosion.
We have two Honda 2000 that can paralleled to create a 4K gen. We have an extended use tank attachment to a 20-gal fuel tank.
We know emptying the tanks is not for everyone, so we offer this service to empty and flush the tanks. If you did not opt for this and return the camper with any fluid (black or grey) in the tanks, you will be charged this fee.
The camper needs to be returned at the same level of cleanliness as it was picked-up. If trailering a long distance, you will accumulate road grime, dust, mud and sand, mostly on the front and rear cap of the camper. We ask that you clean the camper at a self wash place in Buda, TX, (across 35 from Cabela's) close to where you will drop-off the camper. -Wash road grime/mud/dust/sand from camper -We are not looking for a professional washed.
