Alice is a new 2020 Ford Transit 250 Cargo that’s recently converted, customized camper van!Perfect for a short drive to a campsite or a cross-country roadtrip, this van is turn-key, easy to drive, and can park anywhere. Regularly serviced & ready to hit the road!Features:
- Fully off grid electrical system - batteries can charge via solar, shore power (extension cord), or while the van is running (alternator)
- Powered by 300AH batteries, a 3000w inverter, 500W solar panels
- 20-gallon fresh water tank with instant hot water
- 5-gallon grey water tank with controlled release option
- MaxxAir fan for cooling & ventilation
- Dometic Refrigerator with ice maker

- Security deposit: $1,000.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Renter is responsible for dumping composting toilet after use.

We had a great time traveling in Courtenay’s van. The van had all the must-haves for us and I liked how well-maintained it looked. It was a little chilling at night but overall we had an amazing and Courtenay was very helpful!

Had a great experience with Courtenay and her van. It is evident that a lot of thought and creativity went into her van design and build. Overall, the van was in very good condition and adequately equipped for a trip, and drove well. She explained all the systems in advance of our trip and supplied a well-written operations notebook if we needed to refresh our memory. We had early fall weather evenings, so the exhaust fan and extra internal fan kept it cool enough. Finally, Courtenay was extremely easy and flexible during our trip planning and was very responsive to any questions that we had. Very satisfied with this choice.
