Our trip was great. The RV was perfect for what we needed and our kids had the best time.

Great trip, John's RV made the experience even greater. Delivery was on time, as well as the return time. There was no issue, and my family had a great time. I talk to John about getting an RV myself, he was very helpful in giving me some tips. If I don't purchase an RV myself, I will call John again for his. Thank Bro.

Overall the camper worked well for our trip! It was spacious enough for 6 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The camper has a few maintenance quirks- Broken handle at bunk beds, Barn doors often came off of track due to missing hardware to keep on track, the locks to the bathroom barn door were switched around so you can not secure the door when using the restroom (you have to have someone else lock the door from the outside and then unlock it after you are done), the plywood under the queen bed sticks out and scratches you every time you walk by. The kitchen ware wasn't much of anything so if you plan to cook, you will need to bring oven pan, knives, etc.

It was obviously my mistake but I did not catch the cleaning policies (or lack there of?). I always try to go above and beyond to care for any rental I use (this is my first RV experience but I often use Airbnb and VRBO). I always have excellent feedback but John had some issues with residue left on stove top and other unnamed things. The stove cover was over the stove top so I did forget to wipe it down (I guess out of sight out of mind while cleaning)- so I was annoyed with being charged a partial cleaning fee when I put honest effort in caring for and cleaning his camper. John, I would recommend having clear check out policy in place so no one else will be caught off guard. Like for instance- I would have never known to put linen in trash bag (his request via text after I had actually already checked out and left the camper) but thank goodness I have common sense and common courtesy that I had already did this. Most rentals do charge a cleaning fee so that was something I thought was included in my original booking.

There are very minimal cleaning supples (broken broom, lysol spray, and lysol wipes) so if you would like to avoid cleaning charge, plan to bring some supplies of your own.

This was an amazing trip for my wife and I. John was helpful and polite from the initial reservation, all the way through picking up the RV at the end. The RV was is amazing shape and they have done a great job at taking care of it, stocking it with necessities, and all the information we needed to know for our trip. We had it dropped off and picked up and John communicated with us the entire time. I cannot say enough about my first experience with Outdoorsy, John, or this beautiful RV. They all made an anniversary get away just perfect for us.
