Upon picking it up, the fridge was not on and the water tank was not filled. We had to wait for them to call a friend to figure out how to fill it up. When turning on the propane ourselves at camp to use the fridge, etc. it had a gas leak! They didn't now anything about how to use the unit, told us there was a manual in the cabinet. When we got to camp, the heat in the unit did not work, we froze. The fridge froze all of our food. It was an unprofessional experience from start to finish.
