Its hard to rate the experience because the owners did everything they could to make it great for us however there were some things that made the trailer a little bit tough for our trip.

Our experience was not a positive one. We treated the trailer as though it was our own ended up paying for a damaged table we did not break that cost $250.

Rodger S.’s answer

Sir, I’m sorry I needed to take the cost out of the deposit. I’d never done so previously even with minor damages, but this is exactly what the deposit is for. Unfortunately though, I spent an entire day calling RV shops to try and get it fixed for as cheap as possible and in the end it took a carpenter reusing hardware and the trim from the old table.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're a working family just like everyone else. Don't let the posted pick-up and drop off times effect your decision to get away. Ask me about your situation and we'll work something out. We always have so far. Mahalo!

Q.Can my vehicle tow the Lil Aloha Bunkhouse?
A.
That all depends. I loan out a WDH (weight distribution hitch) with every rental. It provides better and safer towing not only for the Bunkhouse but to ensure every renter is safe. That said, I've used my Jeep Wrangler to move the Bunkhouse around my property, so while it looks big, it tows really well thank to the dual axles.

Q.What's all electronic?
A.
The Bunkhouse isn't a trailer I bought with the intent to rent out. We bought it for our families needs. I call it the perfect blend of automatic and manual control. No slides to worry about jamming, leaking or leveling. No electronic leveling jacks to break or drain the battery. No electric awning to break or fail. But a self pilot-lighting water heater and refridgerator. The furnace will just kick on with the flip of a switch.
