The pick up and return was very easy. The trailer had everything you would need for a trip. Camping chairs, lighter, plates and dishes. Even a few toys for the kids. If you are used to a tent trailer, the hitch lock is a bit different and was a bit confused with taking it off but that's on my part just make sure you ask when you do pick it up.

Loved the ease of this trip! Beginning to end was such a smooth experience. John was so attentive, responded quickly and made sure we felt comfortable with how everything worked and how everything was kept. Trailer came well equipped with many things needed for the trip!! Great experience! Highly recommend.

Using the trailer was great. The vendor was easy to communicate with. Set up was easy. Cost of pick up and delivery was too high. It was rented for wedding guests so they were unable to return, the groom had to return 3 units that day so 2.50 a km was unreasonable. We also rented from rvezy and return was much more simple.

We had a blast and Nelson’s unit was just perfect for my family and I. Very spacious and had everything we needed for our trip which meant less for me to pack. We haven’t used a trailer for 15 years so the walk through and orientation was perfect for us. We had a question while on our trip and getting in touch with the owners was easy and quick. We will definitely be renting with Nelson again for our next trip!
