Cleaned inside and out before each rental, to ensure your comfort and safety. With dual opposing slides, the living space opens into a very comfortable area. Island kitchen with double sink, full size bunk beds, queen bed, u-shaped dining area, gas heat and super cold a/c. We have included everything you need in the kitchen, just in case you want to cook inside. Of course you can also take advantage of your own private shower, rather than using the campground bath house (towels and wash cloths included). Some people call it “Glamping”, we just call it comfort. Of course that includes tv in the living room and bedroom.What's includedBed linens, pillows, games, bath towels, wash cloths, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, pots, and pans.RecommendationsWe love state parks! They are usually the lowest price and typically well maintained. We also love KOA’s, since they are usually locally owned and maintained with care. Some of the places we frequent nearby: Rocky Mountain, Ft. Mountain, KOA Chattanooga West, Harrison Bay, and Chester Frost. If you are heading to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, we love the River Plantation RV Resort.Other things to noteNo Smoking. Insurance is required, which can easily be purchased during the booking process.

We are always on the move. Between work and watching our daughter make her way through college, we don't spend a lot of weekends at home from spring through fall. The majority of the time, we camp with other friends. Sometimes there are 3 campers in that convoy and enjoying a lot of laughs as we watch each others children grow up. At home, we tend to be movie and news people. While camping, we tend to be campfire people. Tim works in EMS on weekend occasionally and remote during the week, and his latest hobby is amateur radio. Debbie is the owner/operator of a hair salon, spending her spare time watching the news or looking for the next trip we will take.
