These guys make a lot of promises about their level of value and customer service, and they definitely hit the mark. This park is perhaps the most prolific in the North Las Vegas area, which is a good enough reason for us to want to park our RV there. The location is incredibly secure, and the office is open 24 hours per day. RV spaces are 30? wide, and 60? ? 70? deep, with level pull through sites also.
The quality and selection of amenities available, make this is a really choice option. There is a heated swimming pool, in-park LP gas delivery, hot water dog wash, and an awesome saloon and beer garden. That?s right; you don?t even have to cook here! What makes this park truly special is the vibrant buzz that permeates the place. There is a palpable excitement amongst the grounds; I guess that?s just the Vegas feels.
Eagle's Nest Resort
The Eagle's Nest Resort just east of Porterville, California has lots of trees and plenty of shade. It is conveniently located just off highway 190. They offer full and partial hook ups, tent sites, and have bathrooms and showers. There is room to accommodate large groups. If you get tired of lounging in your lawn chair in the shade, the swimming pool provides another option to escape from the heat! The nearby river provides ample opportunities for fishing for bluegill, crappie, and trout, or simply spend the afternoon rock-hopping on the bank. Kids will have fun playing at the water's edge, and there is even an on-site laundry in case they fall in! There is a camp store which provides the basics, like ice, but the handy location just outside of Porterville means you are never far from all amenities. Porterville, California has restaurants, shopping, groceries and any services you might need.

Sun & Fun is an excellent RV park in Tulare, California. The park also accommodates residents in manufactured homes in the community. Visitors will find a convenient, relaxing oasis in the Central Valley of California. There are 59 RV spaces, five pull-through sites with full hookups. The sites are equipped with 30 and 50 amps, paved patios, and a staff dedicated to the comfort of the residents. Campers are welcome to rent by the day, week, or month. The manufactured homes are also available for rent. The facility has a beautiful swimming pool and spa, that are opened year round. The clubhouse is available, comfortable, and well-equipped. Free Wi-Fi is one of the attractions along with the friendly members of the community. The children in a group will love the playground, their parents will appreciate the laundry, and everyone will feel good about the restrooms as well as the showers. The family dog is welcome, and the canine members will appreciate the dog run.
Visalia/Sequoia National Park KOA
If you are travelling to California to visit the sierras, then Visalia/Sequoia National Park KOA makes for an attractive touring base. It is under 15 miles east of Hanford, convenient for the Highways 99 and 198, and has good RV amenities. These include water, electric and sewer, along with free Wi-Fi access, big rig access and pull-thru sites. During the summer months the swimming pool here is likely to be a key attraction, whilst dog owners can take advantage of the dog park and maybe have some fun putting their pet through its paces on the agility equipment provided.

Cal Expo RV Park is located in downtown Sacramento, California, and is a good location for exploring the city, as well as a good base for a day trip into Elk Grove, which just over twelve miles away. The site includes facilities for larger vehicles, such as big rig access and pull-thru sites, and has water, sewer and electric. Pets are welcome here, and there is a dog park, making life a lot easier if you are traveling with your family pet. The site is family friendly and has around 200 units. The American River Bike Trail and Parkway are only a short distance away, so why not bring along some bikes and enjoy some excursions out on this trail, before heading out to explore further afield. When visiting here, it is also worth checking out in advance what is on at Cal Expo, as it can be great to be in town when an event is on.
