You can hike trails that offer a colorful landscape of Monterrey pines, Cypress, Blue Gum eucalyptus, Coastal sage and Lupine.
University of California voted as one of the best public universities in the world, is a landmark of Berkeley and it has a classical architectural feel. There is an amazing tower located at the top of the hill, which offers spectacular views of the city. The library is a majestic building and there is a Greek amphitheater, where amazing performances are shown. UC Berkeley also has a dinosaur exhibition with some interesting replicas of tyrrannosarus rex and a teradactyl.
