This 76-acre campground has five different types of camping available, including RV camping. There are both full and partial hookups available for many kinds of vehicles, with a maximum connection of 50 amps and a maximum RV length of 65 feet. This campground is family-friendly, with games like cornhole and a jumping pillow to keep your kids occupied.Camping at Ventura Ranch KOA allows you to immerse yourself in the beautiful outdoor activities of the area without leaving the campground. There are nature trails and a climbing wall available on-site, as well as a pool in the summer months. If you want to enjoy a bonfire, there is firewood for purchase at the campground, and propane is available too. There is also a watering hole and dump station to help make your camping experience more convenient. When you want to relax after a long day outside, there is Wi-Fi access on-site, and you can also opt to relax and eat your dinner in the KOA's clubhouse, which has a kitchen and dining room. Note that there isn't a cable TV hookup - although it's unlikely you'll miss the TV when there are such beautiful views of the stars outside. Ventura Ranch KOA also hosts events and activities throughout the year, like movie nights and guided nature walks.If you want to camp in an RV near Santa Paula, this is an excellent place to do so. The campground is located between the towns of Santa Paula and Ojai, right off of Ojai Road. It's also a short drive to Ventura and Santa Barbara, two charming Southern California beach towns where you can satisfy your craving for the ocean breeze. And if you want a big-city experience while camping at Ventura Ranch KOA, you're also just a 90-minute drive from Los Angeles.

If you enjoy hiking, be sure to check out one of the area's stunning waterfall hikes. The Rose Valley Falls hike is a particularly popular option, but the Punch Bowls waterfall area is another beautiful one that is located very close to the campground. There are many places that consistently provide good surf, with the C Street Break being the most notable in town. Kayaking is also a popular activity here, with rentals available all over town. This is an excellent way to cool off on a hot day.

Do the RVs have bathrooms?

Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom. Nervous about renting an RV with a bathroom? Owners can help show you how to clean the tank or will offer to do it for you for a fee.

How does check-in work?

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
