2017 Coachmen 32' - Sleeps 8

RVs are an awesome way to experience the great outdoors, but RV ownership isn’t for everyone. We love to share our hotel on wheels with other families looking to get out and explore without having to deal with all of the responsibilities that come with owning an RV. Our 2017 Coachmen Leprechaun 32' RV is ready to be your home away from home. It has 2 slideouts to provide lots of space when camping but also gives plenty of room even when they are retracted to be able to get up and move around and use the RV to make lunch or take a rest etc. without needing to extend the slides. It is equipped with a full size queen bed in the master bedroom that you can walk all the way around (unlike some where you have to crawl in from the corner). There is a shower separate from the toilet and bathroom sink so you can use the bathroom while someone is in the shower. There is a bunk above the cab as well as a couch that folds down into a bed. The dining room table also converts to a bed if you need additional sleeping room. See the floor-plan for more details on actual bed sizes! There is a 40' TV that pops up out of the kitchen counter-top during long hauls or rainy nights (can't be used while traveling... only when parked). When it is retracted there is a LOT of usable counter space for an RV of this size. There is a 3 burner range as well as an oven for baking biscuits or cookies!!! YUM!!!! A microwave is very convenient for reheating or cooking when you don't want to use the oven. The refrigerator and freezer are great for storing groceries so you can save money by not eating out and are large enough to allow you to stock up. There is a 50 gallon fresh water tank as well as grey and black water tanks to handle waste. There is also an ONAN 4.0kw gas generator that gives you 30 AMP power, allowing you to camp without any hookups. A backup camera helps when trying to maneuver into camp spots. Bluetooth stereo and entertainment system allows you to connect to your phone or laptop for music and entertainment. We have found that some travelers want to bring their own bedding, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, etc. Some just want to sleep in the RV with their own sleeping bags and roast hot dogs over the fire outside etc. and use disposable dishes, while others (especially if they are flying in from out of town) would like to show up and have everything provided. We want to accommodate whatever you need while keeping our nightly rate lower than other, comparable RV’s, and we do this by charging a separate, additional fee for those who want bedding, towels, dishes etc. We will provide a toaster, coffeemaker, and many other essentials, but if you want to cook inside and use real silverware and dishes, we have them available. Please see add-ons for details and don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Also in "add-ons" you will find options for a bike rack and stand up paddle-boards. If there are other things you would like to see offered... please ask us, we may have them too! ***Every rental starts with a full tank of gas and empty waste water tanks - if you return the RV without emptying the tanks you will be charged $75 (see add-ons for more information) - gas is $20 for my time to go fill it up plus however much it takes to fill the tank*** ***Please specify preferred pick up and/or drop off times in either a private message or in rental request. Otherwise we will assume 6:00-8:00 pm pick up/drop off window on the dates specified in the rental request.*** Thank you for checking out our listing. If there is anything we can do to help you get out and experience the great outdoors, please let us know! Happy Trails! Homestead family

Our group had a wonderful experience with the RV and the owners! The RV seats 8 adults comfortably and can also sleep 8 comfortably depending on the size of the adults. A couple of the pull out beds are short so it probably works better for kids. Lots of storage for our luggage (8 suitcases) in...

Keir was incredible to work with. He was super responsive and helpful. RV was in great shape and everything was as advertised. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation to have my first Outdoorsy experience with.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Keir and his wife. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for rv parks along our route. Keir was great about checking in to see if we were doing well. The RV was perfect - sparkling clean and comfortable. Thanks, Keir!
