Camper w/ Queen and 2 twin bunk beds
Camper w/ Queen and 2 twin bunk beds

This lightweight, comfortable, well-equipped and modern camper is the perfect home away from home. Easy to tow and fully equipped with everything you need for full hookup and off-grid stays, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
This camper is only 2 years old, 20 feet long, and its 3,018 lbs dry weight makes it easy to pull for most SUVs and mid-sized trucks. No slide outs make it easy to set up. Perfect for couples, small families, or a solo getaway. Lgbtqia+ friendly. No pets please. No smoking.
The trailer comes fully equipped with a stand-up shower and small bath basin (bath tub is great for washing little kids!), full refrigerator & freezer, microwave, stove top, bluetooth speakers, 5 beds all with memory foam toppers (1 queen, 2 bunks and a dinette that turns into a single, suitable for a child). It has AC/heat, plenty of closet & storage space, automatic awning, fully stocked kitchen including stove top percolator and pour-over coffee maker, kettle for hot water and toaster.
If you choose to camp off-grid, the refrigerator, water heater, heater, and stove operate on propane. We have a 20lb propane tank. We also have a tote tank that can be used for dumping the black and gray tanks without moving the trailer. If you are planning to use our camper off-grid, we will help you plan for a comfortable experience. If you're staying at a full hook-up site in the winter, we provide a heated water hose that helps prevent water freezing.
Take the camper for an adventure to explore any destination of your choice. We also offer delivery (for a fee) for those who prefer not to tow themselves (or who don't have a suitable vehicle).
We are happy to recommend local campgrounds, and we will provide all of the guidance you may need to feel well-prepared for travel with this camper, even if it’s your first time. We will provide a thorough tutorial when you pick up the camper (or when we drop it off at your campsite of choice) as well as manual to take with you, plus we will respond to any questions you may have quickly as we can.
We enjoy our getaways in our camper sooooo much, and we hope you do too!
We provide fresh linens and towels, cups & mugs, bowls, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, stove-top kettle, stove-top percolator, nightlights, sharp knives, oven mits, flashlights, Dustbuster, waste bin and recycling bin, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, games, lighters, coffee, various teas, cooking oil, salt & pepper.
We also provide an outdoor propane grill and grilling supplies as well as a couple of camping chairs and an outdoor rug. We have a weight-distribution hitch that you can use if you're towing it yourselves.
Basically everything you need to sleep well, eat well, and explore the great outdoors!
Yes, please :)
Locally we love Lake Powhatan, Mount Pisgah campground, Hotsprings, and River Valley (Cherokee). Further afield we love Rivers End on Tybee Island and Camp on the Farm near Ridgeland, SC.
Please treat our camper with love and respect. We have worked really hard to make sure it is clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well-stocked. If anything gets damaged or supplies used up (toilet paper, cooking oil, etc.), please let us know. We know accidents can happen and want to make sure we can address any replacements/repairs for future guests :) Thanks!

My wife Sahra and I and our son Isaac love camping. We have been Airbnb hosts and decided it was time to start our Outsoorsy hosting journey too. We love traveling ourselves and want to give our guests the kind of experience that will keep them coming back to enjoy life on the road!

My wife and our two kids, ages 7 & 3, had an amazing vacation getaway in the Barclay's family RV. We stayed at Cheoah Point Campground in the Nantahala National Forest for 3 nights and we were so comfortable with all of the provided amenities. Ibrahim was a fantastic host and was extremely accommodating. The RV was well stocked with everything you could imagine-sheets, pillows, kitchen equipment, lights, chargers, and even board games for the kids! We will certainly look to rent from the Barclay's again next summer!

Thanks for the review and so glad you had a good stay! We look forward to hosting you again in future!

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The owners communicated so well. They definitely put a lot of thought into making their renters happy. Everything we could have ever needed was provided with the camper. Flawless experience and would definitely rent from them again.

We had such a great experience in the Barclay's camper at Rock Creek Recreation Area in Erwin, TN! This was our first time using a camper. We usually tent camp, although I'm not sure we will go back after seeing how great it is to have air conditioning, a comfy place to be when it rains and a fridge to keep our second night's meal cold!
Ibrahim’s answer
Thanks Kate - you were an awesome and fun family to host!

First off, Ibrahim is great to work with. He is very accommodating and helpful. He spent time showing us all about his camper and answering all of our questions. We ran into a road closure due to construction that Waze didn't know about that caused us to be about 30 minutes late for the pickup, but Ibrahim just took it in stride.
Ibrahim’s answer
Thanks Lee - it was an absolute pleasure to host you and we hope to see you again in future!

Ibrahim was very accommodating and helpful from the time we placed our reservation request all the way through the end of our trip. The camper is small, especially for a family of 4, but we were outside a lot and this was just right for us.
