Jim and Kathy Dowd are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The Sprinter van is beautiful and immaculate inside. The owners are gracious and accommodating and will do everything they can to make your trip successful and memorable. Fantastic owners & a fantastic vehicle. Great communication. The vehicle was flawless - ran beautifully for nearly 3 weeks. Very comfortable. Plush seating - wished I was sitting in the back instead of driving.

Renting Jim & Kathy’s sprinter was an amazing experience. They were both the nicest couple and you could tell they really cared about providing a quality experience. They were upfront about any potential issues and were always responsive throughout the rental process. The sprinter was clean, very well maintained (it was brand new at 7000 miles), and drove great. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.
