Omaha is a custom Ford Transit, complete with refrigerator, Queen size bed, hot water heater for sink and outside shower, solar power, Wi-Fi booster, flat screen TV and more. Equipment with cooking/kitchen utensils and wares. French Press and Electric kettle for coffee or Tea.
The garage has a pull out shelf for gear, etc. There is a hitch to attach a bike rack, not provided.

Hi Outdoorsy Family, I am happy to share my love for the outdoors and a piece of "Van Life" with you. In my short time owning "Omaha" ( where she was purchased) I have traveled to some amazing places, stayed at some great campgrounds and boondock camped. I am fortunate enough to be able to take on work trips as well. It is an experience meant to be shared. I do have a furry friend that travels with be so there may be a stray dog hair or two. I am ok with dogs in the van.
The van is equipped with just about everything you need, although after 3 days I am ready for a "real" shower. There is hot water in the hose out back and sink but nothing can replace a long hot shower in my book. I do have a wi-fi booster that will enhance your cell signal if needed. It does however make your height clearance 11ft so that is something to keep in mind, ie drive-thrus and parking garages. Everything else is fairly simple and easy to operate.

Amy was extremely accommodating with a last minute rental and availed herself to all my questions during the trip. The rig had more than enough storage and a lot of thought went into its functionality. The mirrors made gauging the vehicle effortless and it’s all terrain tires were essential when a downpour that would have left other trailer pulled rigs out of commission, Amy’s rig was able to maneuver the National Forest roads with ease.

We had such a fun experience in this van. This was a trial run for us as we're expecting our own van in the fall and it made us so excited to get our own. Working with Amy for pickup and drop-off was a breeze and she was super responsive when we had questions!

Amy’s van was perfect for a few nights away filming a vintage car race. It’s easy to drive and made the the 1300 mile round trip with no problems. I just parked in the paddock near the facilities and enjoyed mixing with the drivers and their families. When the guys next to me decided to pull an all nighter with much shouting and power tools it was easy to up sticks and park in a nearby meadow.

"Omaha" as its called is a GREAT VAN. The owner Amy was super responsive and helpful as I was a first timer trying this van life thing out she walked me through all the details on how to operate the the van at the time of pick up. I would recommend this van to anyone who is looking to hit the open road as it is super self sufficient and well appointed. The queen bed was super comfortable as someone who is on the taller side 6'3 this was a great amenity. It has lots of storage and comes with privacy shades which is important if you find yourself in a crowded camp ground area. I would definitely rent Omaha again.

Oh my, this van is amazing! We’ve never camped with a van before or any kind of RV for that matter and this van blew our expectations. The bed was super comfy, the water and electrical/solar system worked perfectly, and the van was easy to maneuver. Amy was so great to work with and the entire process was a breeze. We look forward to renting this vehicle again for further adventures!
