About this RV

Please Note: Until camping season opens, our campers are safely in storage. Before and after each rental, we follow the cleaning procedures recommended by the Center for Disease Control, and available on our personal website,

Tin Can Annie harkens from the era when campers were called "Tin Can Tourists"... as most models were manufactured by professionals who had once worked in airplane factories during WWII. She has been refurbished from the ground up (4 years in the making) and now available for camping, parties, rallies, festivals, and more. She is the Estate model and features two sets of single bunks (sleeping four people - each bed is 24 x 72 inches) The dinette table folds done into a large TWIN, 76 inches long, by 40 inches wide. There are four bunk beds: Each is 24 inches wide by 72 inches long.

Custom birch interior, - Fully stocked with camping supplies, kitchenware, and an outdoor propane grill. See details and custom add-ons.

Please Note: Special Discount Packages available. See

Simple to use porta-potty available upon request.

Renter is responsible for its use and cleanup/emptying.

AIR CONDITIONER: Yes! Remember, though, that state campgrounds do not offer electric, which is required for use of the air conditioner.

No water usage or propane gas usage in the camper- I provide a Coleman outdoor stove, two burner, at no cost, plus a table/stand for washing dishes outside, should there not be facilities in the camp for washing dishes. Soap and washbin also provided. Included are two small propane tanks. Bring a couple extra - depending on your time and expected use of the Coleman.

Downloadable list of supplies available in the camper can be found here:

INSURANCE: Rest Assured: You are covered. Both by Outdoorsy ($75,000 Collision and Comprehensive) and also by Triad, my business insurance, which covers liability. Plus, my tow vehicle has commercial insurance coverage.

Call me if you have any questions: Catherine Light, owner: (518) 605-3668.

Please note: there is no electric or water at any of the state campgrounds, and my campers do not have an invertor or alternate source of power to the air conditioner, etc. is not available. Private campgrounds do offer these amenities.

We had such a great experience with Catherine. Tin Can Annie was exactly what we wanted and we had so much fun. It was equipped with everything you can imagine and more. The bunks were very cozy. I would definitely do this adventure again. Thanks Catherine for such a wonderful experience .

Rented this camper for the weekend for a car show in Syracuse. Everyone loved it! Everything was awesome and Catherine was great with communicating. Having the camper dropped off and picked up was very convenient. Would definitely rent from again. You won’t be disappointed!

I loved the experience of renting from Catherine. She is a unique individual with lots of stories to tell of her experiences. Because we were the first renters of this particular unit we were able to give her feedback re some things that may help the next renters. It is amazing that she delivers and picks up the unit allowing us to relax more than we would have if we had to do it ourselves. Thank you !
