What's included

Basic supplies are in the trailer for your use including plates, cups and utensils for a family of 4 as well as some knives, s&p, a few rolls of toilet paper (please only toilet paper supplied that is septic system safe), dish soap, cleaning rags/supplies & garbage bags. Also included are hot dog/marshmallow roasting sticks, bbq/fire metal accessories (flipper/tongs/over mitt). In the trailer is a small charcoal bbq for your use, you can get about 6 burgers on this at a time (charcoal not included).

Please be sure to take garbage before you check out and just leave dirty cleaning rags in kitchen sink. Also provided are some family friendly board games and playing cards. Basic bedding is included (fitted sheets, blanket or sleeping bag, pillow & case). A couple foldable camping chairs are also included for use during your stay, please feel free to bring your own along with your bikes etc. Please bring your own towels for showering and lagoon use etc. along with your personal effects like shampoo, body/hand soap, toothpaste etc and of course your food and beverages.

There is no actual delivery, it is stationary and already at the campsite waiting for your arrival. When booking you can choose DELIVERY (not pick up) and destination Carseland, this should give you multiple insurance options including "stationary insurance" which is the minimum required being a stationary rental, it does no include any coverage for damage by renter FYI* If this does not come up, just choose next least expensive insurance option if you like and I will call in and have Outdoorsy manually adjust to the stationary insurance if that is what you would like.

Please note that due to my work schedule, meet up time on the day of your arrival must be after work on weekdays. Typically I arrange meet up time at the campsite for 4:15/4:30pm weekdays, check out is about he same time for week days. Weekends are a bit more flexible so we can figure out what works for everyone weekends.

As the Lagoon is not patrolled by a life guard and is swim at own risk, life jackets are ALWAYS a great idea to bring; it is quite deep as you walk away from shore. It has a rocky bottom so water shoes are ideal. Floaties, inflatable boats and SUP's are perfect for this lagoon. Kids and adults alike love jumping off the dock as well. Beach at lagoon is FCFS daily.

Other things to note

We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we love our camping adventures at Aspen Crossing. This is our personal use trailer that we use as much as we can, but sadly we can't camp every day so we are happy to share this with you so you can make your own camping memories without all the hassle. Just to reiterate, this is a park-model and is not to be towed/moved from the site it occupies.

In addition to this being a no-smoking rental, it is also a no-vaping/no-drug use rental. If you smoke or vape please do so away from any open windows of the trailer :)

Rentals of 7 days or more receive a 10% discount.

The awning is not in use, therefore not checked off as an option for this trailer. Please do not attempt to use awning.
