This camper is relatively small and tight and is not really made for lounging for long periods, but it will give you a good night's sleep and a place to hang out, cook, & stay warm if you run into rough weather.

Lightweight Westland cab-over camper on a beautiful F-150. The truck is the Lariat model with every possible option, including heated and powered driver & passenger seats, adjustable steering wheel and powered adjustable pedals, all leather interior, and backup camera. It is a double-cab, so there is plenty of seating or storage in the truck. 27 gal fuel tank.

The camper is a Canadian built Westland model 7.6, sleeps 2 in the cab-over on a full size mattress, and the couch seating converts into a smaller 5'4" bed.
The camper comes equipped with a 7-gal toilet, sink, 2-burner gas stove, thermostat controlled gas heater, refrigerator, outside shower, 9-gal fresh water tank with powered pump, air conditioner, microwave, 14-inch TV, 8 storage compartments, and full array of lighting.

Note - the A/C & microwave only work when plugged in to shore power.

The camper is very lightweight, (1006 pounds), built in Penticton BC, and is well insulated. The camper has double deep-cell batteries and double 5-gal propane tanks for remote camping, along with both shore power and fresh water hookups for campground camping.

What's included

The camper is outfitted with assorted pots & pans, plates, bowls & cups, and utensils for cooking & eating. Quilts, pillows, & sleeping bags all included, otherwise you'll only need clothes and food to be on your way. I also include three folding chairs, a fold-up table, and a very large cooler for ice and cold storage that fits into the back of the truck cab - see pictures.

Other things to note

This truck and camper will be clean and squared-away with a full tank of gas upon renting, and I expect it be returned the same way, within reason.
I am OK to pick you up at Reno/Tahoe International airport for $40, round trip.
Last, people who drive here and pickup are welcome to park their vehicle at my house for the duration of the rental.
This camper is not available for Burning Man.

This is a sweet rig. Lots of bells and whistles (some of which we didn't use because we weren't camping in a place with shore power) and everything runs great because the owner takes good care of it. The bed is super comfy. The truck drives smooth and has tons of space in the cab. We appreciated the extra gear he offered us to use, like the cooler, camp chairs, and shade structure which hitches to the side of the camper shell.

Thanks John! See you next time.

My husband and I rented from Charles for a ten day trip, visiting family and then Yosemite and Sequoia Parks. The truck was so perfect, gave us our own space around family, then greatfor camping in the parks. We found it easy to handle both on the highway and one the twisty, curvy park roads. The set up inside was practical and comfortable, we only ate out once because food storage and cookingwas easy. Charles was so helpful making sure we understood exactly how everything worked. You can't go wrong renting Charles' camper truck.
