The trailer was very comfortable. Loved the AC in this 100°F heat! There wasn’t any toilet paper, cups, plates, bowls, or bath towels so we had to buy that stuff. The trailer wasn’t level so we found someone who knew how to do it so we wouldn’t slide off the toilet.

Easy to work with. Good communication. The fridge had a slow start cooling down in the heat, but it worked out in the end. Comfortable bed. The blinds are missing a section, I finally put a towel over to keep the morning sun out.

Shane's dad was a gem in being sure the trailer was leveled and fully functioning when he dropped it off. Shane was great at communicating and flexible. Only thing was some of the blinds are non-functional and there were no bath towels, but that was my misunderstanding. Overall, it was just what we needed for our KOA trip.

Shane and his trailer are amazing. Shane was very accommodating as well friendly. The trailer was great. All capped off by the attention to the bed and mattress. Probably one of the best if not they best. Slept comfortably. I woke up refreshed every morning and ready to tackle the day. Can't wait to rent again. Thank you Shane

We just returned from a 5-night stay at Lake Chelan State Park, where we had a wonderful stay in Shane's trailer. It was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the bed was very comfortable! We were grateful they offered the service of delivery/pickup at the site we rented. Shane was great to communicate with and we would definitely rent from him again!

This was our first time renting and RV. Shane responded quickly to all my questions. Was on time for delivery and was very thorough. Gave us instructions on the mechanic's of the RV for our stay. The RV was clean and well maintained. Very roomy for our family.

We enjoyed using the travel trailer very much it was extra roomy with the slide out . The bunk beds are more suited for children and the couch bed could use a mattress cover for support . The trailer was stocked with all the essentials for kitchen and bedding . Great communication with Shane and Mark . Thank you so much !

Shane is friendly and a great communicator. He'll make sure to explain all the details of the trailer and is good at answering any questions you may have. The trailer is roomy, clean and all systems work great. We were even surprised how comfortable the bed was.

Shane was great throughout the process of renting his trailer. Response time was excellent. The trailer was so comfortable, especially the queen bed. The mattress was amazing. Unusual to have good night sleeps in rentals. The trailer had everything we needed to cook with. The best stove I have experienced in rentals too. We had the trailer dropped off and picked up from the state park we had a function happening. Shane and his dad were on time and we did not have to wait at all. Air conditioner was a God send in 90+ temperatures. It worked so well. It was a pleasure to do business with Shane. I would recommend anyone looking for a rental trailer to trust Shane and go for it. Happy trails to all. 😀

Shane was personable ale and very clear about set up and use if trailer rental. The trailer was really comfortable and everything worked, important for dry camping! - water, hit water, heat, battery...great experience!
