Great, new, bunk house with room for 5. Bath/shower/toilet. Stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bedding and towels provided as well as coffee/coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots, pans and some seasonings everything you need to go camping. Main bed folds up and has a couch underneath. You will need a 2 5/16 ball hitch to take this camper! if you do not have one we have one that you can rent. Great camper for the family or just someone that wants to explore the sceneries and Great outdoors. Also has Bluetooth/Radio that plays inside and outside of camper. Also has a mini fridge on the out side of the camper. What's includedFresh linens, sleeping bags for bunks, pillows, towels, couple camping chairs and a folding table. Also a grill to enjoy the out doors. A full tank of propaneRecommendationsHave been to lake McConahay, Bear Creek reservoir, Pablo reservoir, Chatfield reservoir, Green mountain reservoir, 11 mile and Buena Vista, also has been the Amarillo and Lubbock vTexas does great traveling light weight super easy to pool. all have done great. Most places have had Full electric and water hook ups great places for the family to enjoy parks, rivers, great fishing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking. You can do whatever your imagination dreams.Other things to noteWill allow well behaved pets! $50 cleaning fee for pets (per trip)Black and gray tanks must be emptied prior to drop off or there will be $150 charge for us to empty them.There is a cleaning fee of $25 (per trip)To rent our generator it is a $50per day charge and you will be charged for the entire trip (per day). To add it, please use the add on option.Also if you do not have a 2 5/15 ball hitch one can be provided for a charger $25 (per trip)Thanks!
