Queen bed in master bedroom. Three twin beds and sleeper sofa in rear bedroom. Sleeper sofa and dining table that converts into a sleeper. 50 inch tv in living room. Plenty of storage options inside and outside trailer. Led lights and speaker for family fun time outside.

Our two favorite spots that are kid and pet friendly are jellystone at larkspur and sun outdoors in Granby co. Jellystone offers many fun activities for families. Whenever we want a big city escape we head ip to Granby to enjoy beautiful mountain views and grand lake. Both parks have full rv hook ups and pools and arcades for kiddos.

Tim and Tan were amazing for my family! They were ahead of time, very very friendly, very well organized. They definitely added to a fantastic trip! The RV was in great condition and met every expectation, if your looking for someone to make you feel comfortable and relaxed at your vacation rent front them! Nice job Tim and Tan!
