Separated front main bedroom, with his & her closets & comfy double bed. Kitchen has a 3 burner stove-top and decent size oven. Full size microwave & tons of kitchen storage. All kitchen utensils, dishware, dish clothes & hand towels included.
Air conditioner blows ice cold & heater keeps you warm on the cool nights.
Jackknife couch and collapsible dining table for extra sleeping room. With a set of bunk beds in the back.
Bathroom features a tub/shower combo with hand & face towels also included.
All beds are protected with waterproof mattress covers. Bedding linens NOT included.
Things to note:
- NO shoes in the trailer, will provide outdoor mat and shoe rack for convenience
- Currently no awning (ordered) but 10x10 shade tent included
- No BBQ included

- Security deposit: $365.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $54.75. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.
