Rear Video Backup Camera, Roof A/C, Onan Generator and a power 15 ft side awning. Beautiful cherry cabinets, doors, and trim with easy close hardware. Included are all hook-ups for Power, Cable TV, WiFi capable and Sewer connections. Bath and hand towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Pots and pans along with kitchen and dining utensils, coffee maker and toaster are all included.

Pick up time day of rental 10:00AM.
Drop off time day of rental return 10:00AM.
Please allow 30 minutes at pick up and 30 minutes at drop off to review the RV. This is very important, the first 30 minutes is to go over the functions of the RV and to answer any questions. The second 30 minutes is to inspect the RV for any damage inside and out before you leave. The 30 minutes before and after will allow both sides to be comfortable with the learning and if there are any findings.
Please bring the RV back in the condition you received it. Empty trash, wipe down all areas. If towels were used please place them in the shower stall. I understand and acknowledge the vehicle I am renting, is equipped with a GPS tracking device. That can transmit vehicle data such as location and speed in real-time.
$25.00 Service Fee plus cost of propane for bringing back RV without filling up the propane tank. All units start with a full tank of propane.
$150.00 Late fee for returning the rental past the posted return time of 10:00AM. Unless a time was agreed upon and written in the agreement.
$90.00 Pre-sanitized for additional precautions (Covid) and restocking fee is required on all rentals.
$50.00 If you would like to leave the day before your scheduled pick up, if available, to help you get on the road first thing.
$50.00 service fee will be deducted from security deposit, plus the price of gasoline. (Waived if gas tank is full when returned).
$50.00 dumping fee is charged if waste tanks are not emptied before drop off. (No charged if grey and black tanks are empty upon return).
Do not flush any items down the toilet, other than the toilet paper provided.
Please do not wash any food products down the sink. RV plumbing systems are not designed like your home system and can get clogged and damaged easily.
The renter may only use 1 discount offer if available at time of booking.
No climbing onto the roof of the RV at anytime.
No towing allowed at anytime.
