Its fully loaded with kitchen accessories (plates, pots, pans, utensils, storage containers and more!). The beds all have bed linens, and the bathroom is stocked with towels and rags. There is tons of storage for all of your adventure gear! Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied. Our cancellation policy: 50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. No exceptions. If your towing or driving an rv then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply.Pick up and drop off times can be flexible with trip by trip basis.
