2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 297QB
New 2022 travel trailer made for families with several kids or guests. This camper has 1 slide in the living room area, which has a smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen has a good size farmhouse-style sink with both upper and lower cabinets for storage. There is a built-in cabinet for shoes as soon as you walk into the camper. The bathroom is at the front of the RV with a vanity sink, toilet, and shower with a retractable curtain. The bunkhouse room is at the back of the RV and has 2 twin beds over 1 double bed, built-in storage drawers, and a sliding door for privacy. If you have extended family traveling with you, the dinette table and the sofa both convert to beds. The master bedroom, which is at the front of the RV, has a 10-inch memory foam queen mattress. Stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. Exterior kitchen with cook-top, sink, storage, and small fridge. Outdoor LED lights. Power hitch jack. We have included in your rental a weight-distribution hitch with stabilizers, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, cookie sheets, coffee maker with filters, toaster, broom, and camper-safe toilet paper (Please do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper). There is extra exterior storage as well. What's includedWe also include an outdoor rug.Linens (sheets, blankets, and towels) are NOT included. Other things to noteNo Smoking. No Pets.

We had such a great time on our trip! Rented for a long weekend and parked it at the Charlottesville KOA. Before we left, the owners gave us a thorough overview of how to set everything up since we were 1st-time campers. It didn't take us long to get the campsite set up when we arrived—the auto-leveling function of the trailer and the full hook-up of the site we reserved made it a breeze. Actually, my husband could take care of all of it himself. We're a family of four and had more than enough room. I loved the added space the slide-out gave us in the living area, the kids thought the bunk beds were the best, and my husband and I were super grateful for the comfortable queen-size mattress. The camper was stocked with everything we needed, even s'more sticks! We enjoyed having the Blackstone for cooking at the campsite, and all the kitchen accessories we needed were there to use. The owners were helpful with any questions we had and gave us a whole notebook of resources we used a few times too. I can't wait to take another trip! We're hooked!
