The trailer was delivered to our camping site. Everything was working when we got there. The trailer is a little older so there are some things that could use some TLC. The sofa/bed in the back was a little lumpy to sleep on but all in all the camper had what was needed for us to make memories with the kids. Brianne had excellent communication the entire time.

Camper was clean and tidy, the AC was cold 🙌, and it was large enough to accommodate my family of 5. The only issues we had were a leaky hose (it dropped the entire time we were connected to water- it seemed to be a seal in the hose, not a connection issue), the oven didn't seem to work (I did not contact the owner, I just rolled with it- it could have been user error, although I've used many camper stoves in the past), and the couches were seemingly deteriorating before our eyes. That is in no way the renter's fault, but I tried to keep a blanket on them during the day as the leather would adhere to your legs from just sitting. The bathroom fan didn't work, but it wasn't an issue. I truly appreciated the care that was taken with the linens and towels being so fresh and there being some cards and puzzles for my kids to use on rainy days.

This was our first experience with renting and I am so happy that I picked Brianne's RV for our first outing. We had a wonderful time, the RV was perfect, and Brianne and Daniel were the best!

The RV was set up when I arrived and was so nice and inviting with all the comforts of home. Anything I had a question about was answered quickly by Brianne. We had a wonderful stay and she was professional, helpful, and kind!

Our trip was cancelled the morning we left. We were literally on the road for pickup when I received the notification. Maybe there was mechanical trouble. Maybe they had a family emergency. Maybe they decided to use the RV themselves over the beautiful weekend. I don't know because there was no further explanation beyond the trip being cancelled. Outdoorsy customer support said there was no note associated with the cancellation. It left us in a bind because three hours before we were to arrive, we had no RV.

First time renting a camper & couldn't have had a better experience. The camper was perfect for a weekend @ Chester Frost to celebrate our daughter's 11th birthday. Brianne was very responsive to any questions that I had & her husband was very prompt with delivery & explaining everything about the camper. We would definitely rent from the Lee's again!!!

Wondering if we might get any money back for the first day, considering we had to sit around until everything was fixed.. 9 at night. The trailer came with outside lights that were fun, a bluetooth indoor/outdoor radio was nice, and several outside chairs and table. We don't think the trailer is fully stocked for camping. Here is a list of some items you may want to consider:Dish soap, dish cloth and towels & pot holders would be nice.We found no grill utensils Few more pans would be nice, especially a bigger fry pan.Coffee pot was nice, but no coffee cupsa couple of larger bowls for food. a small strainerfew hangersa slightly larger trash can would be nicepossibly a large tray of platter

The camper was so nice and clean everything in good working order. Brianne and husband delivered set up thing showed us how to work everything. All my kids had to do was come and relax!

We had a great experience with Brianne & would use them again for other camping trips. We had it delivered & they made it very easy for us to just arrive, un-pack & start our trip without any issues. The kitchen wasn't stocked as well as I needed, but I will remember to bring more utensils & pans the next time. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful few days of camping in this great camper! It is clean and roomy complete with towels, bedding and kitchen items. The keurig coffee maker and provided coffee and hot cocoa was very nice. We had it delivered and picked up and they were very flexible about our time requests. Brianne was very quick to respond to our questions and very easy to work with. Our one snafu was an unlevel camper due to broken back stabilizer feet.

Brianne and Daniel were great to work with, very accommodating! We rented the unit to live in while work was being done to our house, so we can't make any comments about how it pulled down the road, etc... They brought it to us and picked it up again when we were finished! We were a little shocked at how much it costs to rent an RV, but it worked out great for our needs. This travel trailer is a good option if you're traveling with pets. Our dog felt right at home!
