This was our first time renting an RV. Lennox was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. Since I didn't have a vehicle to tow the trailer, Lennox brought and setup the trailer and picked it up at the end of our stay.

Our rental was 13 nights in Banff, Alberta in August 2022. We drove from Ontario and picked up the trailer at Lennox’s and, as expected, the process was very smooth and thorough! Lennox was very easy to deal with before our trip and took the time to go through all of the trailer features, including towing and safety, when we arrived! The trailer was exactly as shown and described and the perfect size for my husband and I for our holiday. We very much enjoyed our experience and would not hesitate to rent from Lennox in the future! Thank you Lennox!!

Lennox was very responsive to messages and answered all of my questions easily. Pickup and drop off went seamlessly. Lennox was very accommodating with organizing times etc. The trailer is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoy the features and the convenience. We towed with a Toyota Highlander easily. We would definitely recommend this trailer and will use again next season.

It was the first time for us going camping and it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
The camper is very clean and well maintained, and the owner very knowledgeable and willing to help.
I’ve had no problem pulling the trailer with my Ascent even going up in the mountains.
It was the first time but definitely not the last.

Lennox was great, he provided a thorough orientation and the trailer was clean and well equipped. We had an unfortunate problem with the battery, but Lennox was very responsive and helped try to troubleshoot from afar. Aside from that mechanical blip, we had a great experience.

Lennox was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to all my messages. Trailer pulled great and all equipment provided worked great. Sway bars were an extra plus as we pulled behind a SUV

Lennox is a great host. He was prompt with communications and flexible on times we could pick up and drop off the trailer. Lennox gave a thorough brief on all aspects of his trailer. The trailer was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend Lennox and his trailer to anyone wishing to rent it.

Overall the entire experience was excellent. We rented the trailer from Lennox for a week. The communication process from start to finish was seamless. Lennox was accommodating with our complex travel plans. The check out/check in was thorough and efficient. The unit was perfect for our travel needs. Lennox and his wife have put a lot of thought and extras into functionality of the space. The unit was spotless on pick up. The trailer pulls well (we have a truck) and is simple to get leveled. The living space is well thought out. Lennox and his wife are kind and pleasant to work with. We would rent from them again and we would not hesitate to recommend renting this unit from them to other travelers.

Great little trailer to rent for the weekend. Clean and well taken care of. Pulled it behind my Ford expedition no problem. Would recomend to anyone. Great for a couple or someone with a small family. Lennox was always just a call away and provided many tips on using the trailer as well as towing it. Also pet friendly!
