Unit has only 13,500 miles. We have upgraded the suspension with a steering stabilizer and sway bars -- it drives and handles like a big pickup truck or van, not an RV. Rear and side cameras that stay on while driving help assist with vision. A tow hitch is installed in case you want to tow something.
King size bed is very comfortable; feels like home. Two additional beds in the RV to sleep 4+ people, however seating while driving to a destination cannot seat more than 4 people comfortably. Full plumbing with a full size shower and hot water long enough for 2 people to take normal showers back to back. There is tons of cabinet space with custom work done which added drawers, hanging rods and shelves. Flat screen TV inside the unit, flat screen tv and speakers on the outside of the unit as well which all works at the same time for a complete entertainment system that plays DVDs (or hook your computer up to it). Upgraded HID headlights to improve night driving visibility. The water tanks, propane system and generator allows you to not require "hookups" for well over a week depending on your usage. Full refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, sink, 15,000btu rooftop a/c and heater, wood floors. My wife and I are in our mid 30's and just purchased this to get away from the city once and awhile. We're renting it out to responsible folks that will take care of our RV as if it's their own. You'll be required to get your own rider insurance through your insurance company.
