Guests love it for families

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, June 2025):
> You will want to talk to host about dropping the unit back off if you are not 100% comfortable backing up for quite a ways - Im sure they will work with you. Pick up and drop off were made simple. Trailer was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. Had everything we needed! Will definitely rent again next year if available!

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Responsive and flexible, with issues: Host Ranferi is frequently praised for being communicative, responsive, helpful, and flexible with scheduling, pick-up, and drop-off. However, reviews also note slow communication, an unprofessional reaction to a delivery error, and last-minute cancellations.
- Clean, well-maintained, family-friendly: The 2022 Heartland Mallard Tailwind is consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized for families (4-5 people). It's well-equipped with amenities like a TV, microwave, and outdoor stove, though one guest reported an AC water leak.
