Chuck did a great job of answering my questions about the generator before departing. The camper worked out great and came stocked with everything one would need for a trip. Would rent again for sure.

We had a great time!! The instant match feature was a little confusing since we didn’t realize we were getting the actual camper we requested until a couple of days before the trip, but now we know to watch for that. First time camping in a camper so there was some learning curve to how to operate certain things like emptying the grey water tank. A more thorough walkthrough on those types of things would have saved some time making calls to figure things out. The owners of the camper were very friendly and responded quickly. We will def. use Outdoorsy again for future trips.

Thank you for the great care of our camper- Excellent renters. We leave an extensive 7 page step by step "beginners" instruction manual for our renters as we know there is a ton of info to take in all at once when taking over possession.
We are now reprinting this info in full color, and laminating it so our renters notice its importance and relevance.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We have GREAT flexibility for PICK UP and Drop off. Pick up can be very early morning assuming there is time to clean the camper before you take off. Unfortunately, our drop off is NO LATER than 2pm as people were not arriving on time. A $25 per hour overage will be added to your booking on every hour past 2pm on return day.
Q.Do you have an addition SRA-Supplemental Rental Agreement?

Yes, we do. You will receive a copy of our SRA. It clearly outlines what is expected of both of us and what fees are if rules are not followed.
