Great experience with Latesha. Camper was in great shape and was as promised. It was towed with my one ton truck and did great. This is a very nice and large SUV. Plenty of room for 4 adults or more. Will rent again

While the camper was itself very nice, its owners lack experience and professionalism in dealing with their customers, communication, expectations, and the overall camping experience. It began with a switch in their pet policy. I specifically chose their RV because it allowed pets, but they changed that without notifying us. I had to send several texts which went unanswered and two phone calls before they agreed to their original policy. On the day our vacation began the owner called me no less than five times for the delivery location even though I had sent it to her through the Outdoorsy email thread. Upon arrival the delivery guy told us there was no electrical adapter for the campsite, so we had no power until the owner showed up around 9:30 pm with the adapter. At that time, I was informed that it was MY responsibility to find out the wattage for the campsite even though I paid for delivery and breakdown, an additional &300 charge. How am I supposed to know what the wattage requirement is for THEIR camper??? At that time I was also informed that if we wanted to use the stove or oven for the inside and outside cooktop, I would be charged for propane. What??? Why furnish a kitchen in a camper I paid to rent if I can’t use that kitchen without being charged even more? Upon taking out the coffee maker, I discovered that neither the carafe nor the filter/coffee reservoir had been cleaned. The mold and gunk inside the coffee maker turned my stomach and I had to bleach and soak it to be ready for use. All our friends were furnished with chairs, rugs, lights, cornhole boards, etc, in their rental campers and I’m getting charged to use $5 worth of propane to cook scrambled eggs for breakfast.
My guess is that the Shaw’s do not camp, but only use their rv as a moneymaker. I think they have much to learn about the hospitality business and I will not rent from them again.

The rv was nice and clean. The owners took the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend these renters.

HORRIBLE!!!!! These people sent an RV to me with one tank full of FESCES. When we got to the RV park is when we realized it. It reaked of old shit. When I called the owner, he lied and Said it had been dumped. I had to beg RV Park owner to help me and he dumped it for me. These liars never called to even apologize or even try to compensate me. They are dishonest and I will never rent from them again. I have filed a complaint against them.

Great communication and very accommodating to fit my changing schedule!.. Aside from a broken awning (which we managed to temporarily patch to get by) we had an excellent trip and plan on renting this unit again. It doesn’t have a weight distributing hitch so things might get interesting if you tow with a 1/4 ton truck like we did, but safe speed and patience will help. Overall, a nicely appointed camper with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
