Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Highly communicative and accommodating: Communicated highly before, during, and after rental, ready to help, and accommodating for pickup/return. Addressed feedback by improving cleaning/renovating. Two bookings canceled by host, one on departure day.
- Travels well, spacious, with AC: Reported to travel well, offering plenty of room for people, with working AC. Initially delivered unclean (mold, dirty dishes, unemptied tank) and had maintenance issues (loose bunk, broken doorknob), which owner states are now improved.
