Such an amazing and fun way to do an 11 day road trip in the winter! Between Big Sur, Death Valley National Park, and San Luis Obispo, my husband and I were able to camp comfortably off grid. The sprinter van had everything we needed plus extras! I really appreciated how easy it was to handle, the perk of just pulling over the side of the road if I needed to use the restroom (ha!), and the amenities of the van. We cooked, camped, and drove all over California - getting to eat hot dogs at Badwater Basin, the lowest point in the US! Truly a wonderful experience, and Mike was always available for questions that popped up.

Pickup was seamless and easy (even offered us airport pickup) and the van was ready to go so we could hit the road. The van was easy to drive, buttons were very accessible and it was easy to figure out how everything worked. The propane worked great and heated up the van all night which was awesome as it was the middle of winter. The van was also spacious for the two of us and all of our stuff that we brought along. It was fun to be able to cook our own food but also have a microwave in case we needed to reheat our leftovers.

Mike was a great host. He went out of his way to take care of us and made sure we had a great trip. The van was in excellent condition and he even added a sleeping pad to ensure we got a great nights sleep. I highly recommend him and his rentals.

We took the van to Yosemite for the week and had a fantastic time. Mike was a great host and provided exceptional service. The van is well kept, easy to drive and provided the perfect amount of space for camping. We went definitely book with Mike again.

Great experience with Mike. He was clear in his communication and flexible with our schedule. Gave a thorough tour of the van which was really helpful as a first timer. Van is in excellent condition. Drives easy. Enough space for 2 adults and our dog to sleep comfortably.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. The van is really beautiful. The bed was comfortable. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which I hope he has fixed, one of the drawers magnets came off so the draw kept opening and closing while we were driving and the hot water did not work so we couldn’t a shower. Provided those things are fixed it is a wonderful van to rent and Mike is a very nice person.

Hi again Scott , drawer mechanism has been fixed (easy fix) will definitely pack a basic tool set going forward as suggested by you Ty! The water heater has been tested and verified to work , maybe the furnace was also turned on? This system won’t work simultaneously with house furnace . I re-lubricated the seals in the cassette toilet tank. That should mitigate any escaping odors from tank. Thank you very much for your business and your especially your feedback. I’m glad overall you had a great time in the sierras and hope to see you both in the future.

We loved our California Van life experience. The van drove smooth and comfortable, and was easy to park. We picked up some groceries, loaded up the refrigerator, and were set for days! From our campsite in Yosemite Valley we were able to walk to some of the trailheads and to the shuttle bus. We also took it to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals. The shower is small but at least it’s an available option! We think that Mike is a considerate and caring person, and cared about us having a great experience. When we had trouble with charging the battery, he was easy to reach and replied quickly. We would definitely rent this again.

Took the Mercedes up to China Peak for a weekend. Ended up loving it! Super easy to drive in snowy conditions and kept us warm all weekend, even at nights!

Mike was a great host! We are not expert campers and I’ve never driven a vehicle this size but Mike made everything comfortable and easy!
He was responsive via text when I had questions and the van had wifi which was helpful since our phones didn’t get service in our camping location.
I highly recommend renting from Mike and I’d do so again!

Mike was an incredibly warm, professional and accommodating host through the whole rental process of his gorgeous new Mercedes Sprinter Van. My 16 year old daughter, ten year old dog and I drove up from Ventura for a family reunion in the Sequoias with our Prius piled high with all our camping gear. In addition to great communication and detailed videos sent before our arrival, he thoroughly went over the usage of the van and all its many amenities, assured we were confident with our travel. The van itself is tight in the galley with a basic 2 propane burner stove but with a nice sized fridge and freezer (popcycles were a hit with my family!), nice sized bathroom with shower, frosty AC, a super comfy bed for all three of us, lots of convenient perks and surprisingly easy to drive. Upon return, he and his teen son even helped us secure our gear back onto the Prius roof rack. I highly recommend his fancy van and Mike as a rental host, we simply could not be more pleased.

Drove through Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks with ease! The van was fantatic! No hook ups at Sequoia and made it through 3 days, no problem. At Yosemite we had hook ups which was great to be able to use the A/C. Only slight "issue" was that our wifi couldn't hook up. We were ok being disconnected for a few days. This was our first experience with a camper van and we would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous trip! The RV was amazing, drove wonderful, so many amenities. We were able to sleep on a queen size bed watching Netflix under the redwoods! I warmed up my breakfast in the microwave, listened to music. Was able to take a shower and we didn’t need to use dirty bathrooms along the way! Toilet and shower, stove! We used it for 10 days!! California to Seattle! Ok now let’s talk Mike!! What a great owner, extremely friendly, easy going, informative, responsive every time we reached out! Win win win. We will definitely be renting again!! I am telling everyone I know about this trip. Book quickly, this RV will be used a LOT!!

Fantastic trip and Mike was absolutely great! The van was super easy to drive and the wi-fi worked amazingly all the way to Yosemite Valley and in the campground. We arrived a bit late and Mike was very flexible with the pick up and drop off, plus he offered to ship some shoes we accidentally left in the van. Would highly recommend!
