2014 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite
2014 Rockwood Ultra Lite in Colorado Springs. Beautiful, light weight (4800 lbs) dual axle, great condition. Rental with my tow vehicle available. No Awning. Queen size Murphy bed. Sleeps 4. Perfect for a couple or small family. Lots of possible extras. Just 24 feet long. Extra large dinette slide. Great stereo system. Takes a 2 5/16 ball. Converter for 50/30/15 amp circuit available (no AC on 15 amp, but small evaporative cooler available.) Dual batteries and propane tanks. Has tank heaters for winter camping. We are Covid-19 survivors and understand those concerns. Renting less than 3 nights is not option.Additional Rules and Info: No smoking anything inside the camper. No candles, no incense, etc. The CO and Propane sensor below the fridge will alarm to humidity, air freshener, hair spray, and who knows what else. Run the bath fan if you shower or use anything chemical. If the alarm goes off hold the reset button on the faceplate under the fridge for 5 seconds. No off roading or traveling over 75 mph. GPS will alert me if you break this rule. The charge to you will be $75 per day of occurrence plus repairs to include servicing the TT hubs. No cost for propane during summer months. You will need a brake controller to operate the TT brakes. If you don't have one rental of my stabilizing hitch is required. If the lights will not turn on pull out the battery disconnect switch under the fridge. You can not use the stabilizing jacks for leveling the TT. I do not allow cats. Delivery is available. The charge is for one way. Pick up may require second charge. Mileage is from my address to drop off and back. I always provide my cell number and respond quickly. I am retired, Travel Trailer owner with a good tow vehicle that I have also listed I'm looking for someone interested in renting it here in Colorado. The tow vehicle is a 2007 Nissan Titan with lots of extra space as it is a crew cab. It is a separate listing.

2. No rough roads. The RV is not designed for off-road. Remember Outdoorsy has you credit card and deposit. The RV is in great shape. Please return it as you found it.

Rich is very easy to deal with. He returns messages quickly. The camper was perfect for what we needed. The camper was very clean when we picked it up. It kept us warm and comfortable even when the temperature dropped below freezing.
